Our company
Located in the heart of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc in Brittany, we manufacture a wide range of biscuits and Breton cakes, caramels and jams. Our commitments have always focused on the choice of sourcing from regional suppliers, without ever using in our recipes dye, preservative, additive.
The history of our company, created in 2000 by Séverine Pallu, begins in Saint-Brieuc with a simple idea: market a range of "gourmet" organic products: biscuits, cookies, cakes, salted butter caramel and other Breton specialties.
In 2013, the Stalaven family, close to Séverine, bought the company and launched the construction of new manufacturing workshops to continue to meet your trust.
The "Biscuiterie de Saint-Brieuc" then becomes "BRIEUC".
In 2014, we join the association "Product in Brittany" and receive the following years several distinctions valuing our know-how:
