These general conditions of sale apply for any purchase made on the site BRIEUC.BZH by any natural person.

Customers who request to be delivered to an address outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes collected when the parcel arrives at their destination.

Delivery time :

Return of parcels:

A défaut d’accord amiable, les parties peuvent recourir à une procédure de médiation conventionnelle en saisissant le médiateur de la consommation compétent figurant sur la liste des médiateurs établie par la Commission d’évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation.

A défaut d'accord amiable entre Terre & Soleil et le Client à l’issue de l'une de ces procédures, le litige est soumis aux cours et tribunaux de Saint Brieuc (22000), France.
